**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Assist in the activation and expression of our brand (framework) throughout the business, creating, guiding and contributing to cross-functional programmes where appropriate.
- Assist in the building, shaping and implementation of integrated marketing strategies, annual plans and events across the full ecosystem. Particular focus areas will be the execution of instore marketing and communication strategies, with assisting our customers in understanding the value of our offer a key component. In addition, you will be supporting, communication with our local store customer communities as part of making shopping at Countdown easier and enjoyable.
- Be comfortable in the creative development of integrated marketing communications across multiple channels.

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will need to be strategic in your thinking and have the ability to be collaborative and bring a holistic approach to your work. Always questioning and wanting to push the status quo you are a creative thinker with a strong analytical mind and technical ability.

A sound background in Marketing and Brand ideally both Media & Commercial Experience along with a Degree level qualification in Marketing/Business is highly desirable. We’re looking for people who are excited about working in a fast retail environment, where we quickly change to customer needs, take up new challenges and iterate on the go.
