This is a full-time permanent position at Fitzherbert Rowe's Palmerston North office for a Legal Secretary. As one of the team, you will contribute across a broad range of specialties. If you have worked in a Legal environment before this is the opportunity to gain further depth to your experience - rest assured you'll have a good variety of work and plenty to do.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. **Skills & Experience**:

- Secretarial experience or ideally previous experience as Legal Secretary
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy with spelling and grammar
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise high/demanding workloads
- Able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- A high level of empathy and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- The aptitude and ability to thrive in a professional legal team
