In this role, youll become an integral part of our tight-knit team, constantly on the move alongside your teammates. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, from training crew members and collaborating in the galley to crafting culinary delights, all while imparting top-tier customer service that exceeds expectations. **To be considered for this role you will have all this under your belt**:

- Duty Manager Licence (and having a QDC wouldnt hurt)
- Experience in leading and managing a team (at least 2 years)
- Maritime knowledge (at least 2 years)
- Hosting and Guiding experience
- Strong communication, a team player who loves interacting with our guests and other crew members, and can problem solve and comfortable with making decisions
