To make sure RealNZ shines in the digital realm, youll work closely with online referral and third-party websites, employing digital campaigns, SEO strategies, and more to place our products front and centre. Your insights into the global Chinese-speaking market will guide our efforts as you actively seek representation opportunities and ensure our online listings are top-notch.

Your role will be pivotal in updating, enhancing, and maintaining our company websites, particularly focusing on the Eastern markets. Youll drive sales from existing agents and actively seek out new opportunities in your territory. Your networking skills will shine as you foster relationships with suppliers, agents, and tour leaders, showcasing the very best of RealNZ. Your close collaboration with Experience teams and management will ensure seamless delivery of services, and your analytical mind will spot yield maximisation opportunities.

At the heart of it all, youll be supporting RealNZs mission to help the world fall in love with conservation. Your efforts will contribute directly to enhancing our guests experiences, spreading awareness, and making a lasting impact.

**Who do we need for this role'**
- Digital sales and marketing experience in Eastern markets and ideally an existing industry network, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Eastern culture and business practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to analyse, assess, and organise large amounts of information and data then draw conclusions
- Full valid drivers license
