Our trailblazing spirit can be felt in every Ryman experience, so if you like the sound of this, then read on. **In this role you will**: - Ensure that all Quality Assurance documentation and processes are kept up to date and accurate - Administrate and coordinating Quality Assurance systems on site - Monitor and assist staff and subcontractors using our CONQA Quality Assurance system - Update and amend system checklists and procedures in our Quality Assurance system - Liase with the site based Project Manager and Foreman to ensure Quality Assurance is being updated regularly and the system is being used correctly - Assist in the training of staff on how to use our CONQA system - Report monthly on the status of on-site Quality Assurance progress - Conduct audits on subcontractors and suppliers This is a full-time position, working 0700 to 1730. **What's in it for you?** If you are the sort of person who loves working with a team of people who work to a clear purpose and have safety at the forefront of everything that they do, you'll love this role In addition, a career at Ryman offers: - Competitive salary with the opportunity to join our employee share scheme - Job security and continuity of work with our strongest construction pipeline ever - Ongoing support for professional development - Career progression opportunities - Additional wellbeing leave - A social and supportive team environment - Access to over 60 discounts with well-known brands across a variety of sectors including; health and wellbeing, banking, insurance, and retail **Who are you?** - Ideally you have an understanding of the construction industry.
