**About the role**:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.

**What you will be doing**:

- Interacting with product managers to define requirements and modifications.
- Monitoring and evaluating quality metrics to maintain and increase the quality of software, processes, and interactions.
- Scripting testing scenario and cases.
- Maintain automated test suites and artifacts.
- Making recommendations for improvements to the software development process.
- Participating in Scrum meetings to achieve the Sprint Goal.
- Collaborating with like-minded Scrum Teams across the globe for implementation of international projects.

**What you will need**:

- A bachelor’s in computer engineering, computer science, business administration, or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end software development and quality management lifecycle
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in software quality management methods, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in C# and database queries.
- Experience in using SQL and/or Oracle databases.
- The ability to challenge design approaches.
- You are tenacious; rarely giving up until you have reached a logical and useful solution.
- A background with financial services industry practices, regulations and processes are an advantage but not required.
