We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to step into an exciting administrative role with a real difference As a Buyers Assistant, you will be part of our merchandise team, supporting the day-to-day operational administration, acting as a key contact for supplier relationships, and providing buying assistance to our Category Buyers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing product orders efficiently, ensuring they are placed, tracked, and delivered on schedule
- Maintaining accurate product data and imagery
- Assisting with advertising and promotional plans
- Sample management
- Providing general administrative and systems support

**Qualifications**
With plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills in real time, you’ll be a proactive self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be able to collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with external suppliers. No two days will be the same

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- A natural problem-solver with a curious mindset and a drive to find solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and analytical skills
- A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
