You will be a key member of the team and provide specialist network support with a major focus on the implementation and support of network design changes to our operational and international client networks. Day-to-day, this means providing escalated tier 2 support and technical advice as well as a specialist focus on maintaining ‘business as usual’ requirements for all networks.

- A relevant tertiary qualification in a technology related discipline (Diploma or Degree level)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a network support engineer or network operations engineer

- Experience in the support and implementation of network systems
- Proven interest or experience in Network Automation or tuning Network Management Systems
- The availability to join the Networks’ on-call roster, after an initial training period

Of course, it goes without saying that you must also have strong communication skills and a positive attitude to learn and share knowledge with those around you. You’ll operate with the utmost integrity and demonstrate you can work cross functionally and collaboratively.
