We're proud of the culture we've built at Partly, and our values are lived throughout every experience. **This role** The Data Procurement Lead will be leading the Data Procurement function, one of the core teams at Partly. You will play an essential role in building the framework and fundamentals for Partly's data procurement strategy. The role is focused on answering the question "acquire 100% of the world’s high-value auto parts data?". This role entails a high-degree of autonomy and an ability to approach problems with first-priciple thinking and considering the fundamentals. The responsibilities may include building relationships with key manufacturers and data partners, understanding and utilising relevant laws and regulations in Partly's favour in collaboration with legal resource, and leading a team of employees/contractors to generate Partly's own creative digital IP. To be successful as a Data Procurement Lead, you need to be extremely operational and be able to build systems and processes from the ground up. You will also need to understand and keep up to date with the latest industry trends, and our company's technical products and services. You'll communicate with clients and partners across the globe, and work cross-functionally with our Ingest & Standards, Data Transformation, and Enterprise Sales teams. You will report to Nathan Taylor (Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer). **What will you do** - Build the Data Procurement processes, relationships, team, and strategy from the ground up - Understand relevant laws and regulations and coordinate with Partly's legal teams - Design and run creative and scalable methodologies for generating unique creative digital IP **Your skills** - Background in consulting, business management, or operations - Extreme self-starter, able to build a function from scratch - Very strong verbal communicator and ability to build rapport - Bonus: Experience in the automotive parts industry - Bonus: Familiarity with laws and regulations related to data sharing **Benefits** - **Competitive base salary plus equity**.
