**What will you do?**

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (experienced with 3900 series construction contracts) to lead strategic procurement across our Development and Property categories. Reporting to our GM of Procurement, you will manage the full commercial lifecycle across a portfolio that includes building materials and services, refurbishment programmes, maintenance services, warehousing support, and property-related procurement.
In this role, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to shape procurement plans that support key programmes and strategic business needs. You'll also lead complex tendering activity, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure contracts are commercially robust and aligned with Ryman's long-term goals.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Developing and execute procurement category plans that align with our business strategy
- Leading complex sourcing initiatives and end-to-end tender processes for both Construction and Property refurbishment programmes (experience in 3900 contracts required)
- Leading a small team of Procurement Business Partners to support our Development and Property function
- Providing strategic guidance on procurement-related matters to business leaders and departments, operating as a trusted senior advisor on Procurement process and best practice
- Monitoring and reporting on procurement performance metrics, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Driving process improvements to streamline procurement functions and increase efficiency

**Who are you?**
- You bring a strong track record in procurement leadership with experience across development, property or construction
- You have experience in 3900 series construction agreements
- You're commercially minded and confident managing supplier relationships that drive value, cost-efficiency, and quality
