**About the role | M te tranga**
This is a varied role with that will see you liaise with external clients and internal staff to ensure timely job bookings and operational administration needs are met. Youll be the supportive backbone of the SuperGrans operation, making sure that everything runs like a well-oiled machine
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your specific responsibilities will include:
- Administer contract and grant compliance, performance, and outcomes
- Maintenance of SGT records, computer files, and databases
- Review, update, and submit charitable status documentation as required to meet SGT charitable trust obligations along with accountability reporting for funding contracts
- Track servicing, vehicle maintenance, Regos and WOF of all SGT vehicles
- Assist the Operations Manager or other SuperGrans staff with any alternative duties as required

Specific skills and experience we are looking for include:
- Proven administration experience, preferably within the not-for-profit sector or similar sector
- Experience minute taking and preparing board meeting packs
- Solid organisation and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your day efficiently
- Versatile, highly organised, and proactive
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A general understanding of the key concepts of Tikanga Mori
