The opportunity:

We want to help people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives, and we need a driven, motivated, and optimistic individual to join our Distribution Insurance team to help make this dream a reality.

As the AIA Vitality Coach, you will play a key role in our mission by leading the AIA Vitality Programme into the Sales Team, providing guidance, resources, and support to help drive sales metrics and achieve our goal of embedding the AIA Vitality programme into the DNA of our business. The Distribution team is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with independent advisers, large financial advice practices, and banking partners, and we are searching for someone who wants to help our high-performance sales team continue to break records.

The AIA Vitality Programme is the main tool you will have to help drive our mission. AIA Vitality is a science-backed health and wellbeing programme that has improved the lives of millions of customers in more than 20 countries. It’s a game changer for the insurance industry, and you will be responsible for bringing this programme to life for our sales teams, intermediaries, and clients.

As an AIA Vitality Coach, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic development of tools and resources- Leading the executive wellness programme- Acting as a wellbeing ambassador- On your feet thinking as well as strategic, tactical, creative thinking, opportunity identification, coaching, consulting, problem solving, negotiation, solutioning and being a centre of expertise- Budget management, ensuring compliance with risk, conduct, and culture.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring- A passion for health and wellness- Superior relationship management experience, with a proven ability to develop deep relationships at all levels internally and externally- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate to find solutions that meet business needs- Presentation skills that influence the audience in through engagement and confidence- The ability to adapt to dynamic, changing environments and make an immediate impact through a proactive nature, high energy level and credible experience- Capacity to travel domestically and attend events outside of standard working hours- An understanding of the life insurance industry and AIA Vitality programme would be an advantage but is not essential.
