This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice, to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. You'll also provide support to our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store. Additionally, you'll help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, ensuring that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are ready to take on new challenges and opportunities, then we want to hear from you

**This is a fixed-term position working until 28/01/25.**

**Hour of work are**:

- Sunday to Wednesday - 3:30pm - 12am (Midnight)

**Qualifications**
Ideally you will have:

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods
