**Your new role**
You'll be joining our IT Service Desk, resolving technical issues for staff through phone and digital channels. Part of a friendly team delivering customer-focused support, you'll be enabling the success of an exciting technology transformation program and troubleshooting IT systems and processes in real-time.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You're hungry to learn, grow and advance your IT experience. You enjoy exercising your problem-solving skills, have a continuous improvement mindset and can explain complex technical information in a way that's easy to understand. You can provide mentorship and guidance to peers and continually improve the level of service provided by the team. You communicate clearly and enjoy building connections with your teammates and the people you support. You have a great work ethic, manage your time efficiently and follow up on your commitments.
Ideally, you have some of the following skills and experience:
- Experience with mentoring and coaching of team
- You will come from an experience background in Service Desk or IT Support
- Experience with Windows and Office 365 troubleshooting
- Desktop and Modern Managed Device troubleshooting
- Experience working with mobile devices - both Apple and Android
- Experience with Microsoft MFA and InTune
- Excellent time management and a commitment to following up
- Proven issue management, problem solving and incident de-escalation skills
- Interpersonal expertise - ability to build relationships with users and team members, across functional lines and within the technology team
- The skill of verbally engaging and listening to others and understanding their needs
