Are you passionate about teaching Māori Indigenous Arts, to enable tauira success and contribute to whānau transformation through education? If so, then this is the role for you

We require kaiako who can engage with our tauira, has the ability to use different types of media, materials and hands on processes, and someone who is enthusiastic and encouraging to bring out the best in our tauira.

You will be required to develop lesson plans, present material to tauira, respond to tauira learning needs and evaluate and communicate tauira progress. You will assess tauira progress and be able to monitor assessments.

**Required qualifications for this role are**:

- Level 5 NZ Certificate in Adult & Tertiary Teaching
- Assessment Standards 4098/11281
- A clean, Full NZ Driver's Licence

Proven experience and expertise in the Māori art world with specific skills in kaupapa toi. Fluency in Te Reo and Tikanga māori would also be an advantage.
