As our QA Manager, you'll be at the forefront of quality control, responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing a robust Quality Management System that aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and our company's policies.
**Here's what you'll be doing**:
- Leading and managing quality control activities across the production lifecycle, from inspections to audits, process improvement, and training materials.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive QA documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with our high-quality standards.
- Serving as the central point of contact for all QA-related inquiries and issues within Production, facilitating seamless communication between departments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Procurement, and Product Management, to ensure cohesive quality standards across the business.
- Working closely with Customer Service and Technical Support teams to address customer complaints promptly and improve RMA processes as needed.
**What you will need to succeed**:
- A bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, CQP, CQM) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC standards).
- Proficient in best practices for testing, version control and defect management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability collaborate effectively across a range of manufacturing roles and with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in delivering change across people, process and technology.
