**The Company** This NZ owned company has been operating for ~6 years and develops a SaaS product that is used by enterprise level clients in NZ and overseas. The product facilitates improving the communication channels between employees of an organisation, which given the current world we live in, is highly in demand - the company has been featured heavily in the media over the past few years, are incredibly well funded and count some of the largest enterprise level companies as their clients. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join a business where you can really have input in the product. **The Role** You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager alongside one other QA, as part of a wider team of ~ 15 in development and a staff of 50 in NZ, Australia and USA. The role has arisen as the company is growing exponentially, so they need an additional specialist QA to "own" the testing practice - quality is viewed as the responsibility of the whole team, with the developers doing their own testing and the specialist QA's being the "last line of defence", ensuring nothing gets missed and figuring out edge cases, while also coming up with the test plan, documentation etc. The company already has some automation testing set up however the majority is still manual. This role will primarily be responsible for manual so this role wouldn't suit someone who wants to spend the majority of their time doing automation testing **Your Profile** You will have at least 5 years testing experience, be comfortable working autonomously and as you will be liaising with people across the business, excellent communication skills are essential. The company is based in the CBD and offers WFH 2 days per week. The other 3 days, they are flexible on start/finish time if you need to avoid the traffic.
