People with the right spark give us the power to achieve our purpose of making all Kiwi homes healthier. **About the role** We have an exciting opportunity for a senior HVAC Installer ready to develop and grow in their career to a Team Leader. As our HVAC Team Leader (Ducted), you will be responsible for leading our team of HVAC Installers with installations, services and maintenance of all Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Ensuring equipment is installed in compliance with company and manufacturers specifications and that standards are always being meet. You will bring with you, previous HVAC installation experience, along with the ability to inspire, encourage, support, and manage your team, while ensuring quality customer service is always provided. You will be working closely with the wider team on appointments to ensure the highest standard of HRV installations is delivered to our customers in residential properties. If you enjoy problem solving, building relationships, and working with a variety of people across New Zealand, keep reading **To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with**: - You will have excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, who can lead a busy team to meet deadlines. - Level 3 HVAC Trade Certified or equivalent. - EWRB Electrical Service Technician qualification (preferred). - 3 years previous experience in working within the HVAC industry with some experience leading an HVAC Team. - Sound knowledge of HVAC trade and practices, with future successful completion of Company Gold Training required. - Superior customer service skills, been able to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. - Excellent communication skills (oral and written). - You’ll be comfortable climbing on roofs and working in a confined space. - You have an approach of "right first time, every time - A current and clean, full NZ driver's license (required) - Flexibility to work to our customers' availability - Sound knowledge of Health and Safety practices * What’s on Offer* We offer the opportunity to grow your skills and make a real difference in a supportive, high-performing team that celebrates success.
