We are needing a **Warehouse Team Leader **to join our **Auckland **team

**What you will do**:

- Team Lead and coordinates day-to-day activities in warehouse and shipping areas

**How you will do it**:

- Filling and shipping customer orders ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation
- Following established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to warehouse management
- Receiving incoming goods/products and routing to appropriate area or personnel
- Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities
- Team Lead Contractor staff as required during peaks or specific project activities
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
- Determining and tracking warehouse KPIs
- Ensuring that facility equipment is properly maintained
- Operate within EHS guidelines ensuring safe work practices are maintained in the Warehouse

**What we look for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Forklift Operation Certification
- Full Driver’s License
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of inventory
- An ability to plan and manage activities to achieve KPIs
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team-player
- Time-management skills
