**The Opportunity**

The Business Improvement Manager is responsible for network development and the implementation of strategies which contribute to the growth, excellence, and consistency of CablePrice branch operations.

**The ideal person will be proficient at**:

- Setting and implementing the strategic direction of the Branch network in conjunction with the Executive Management Team
- Working alongside Operations Managers and Branch Managers to plan and facilitate branch improvement
- Managing an investment plan for the workshop infrastructure to ensure future proofing through the development of operations.
- Identifying new opportunities and initiatives, researched and communicated in the form of a sound business plan
- Working with Head Office departments to develop and maintain common company goals and align for a collaborative approach
