As a key member of the digital experience and content teams, you will develop engaging and inspiring creative that adheres to brand guidelines and develop our templates and styleguides to create best-in-class creative solutions that extend the digital experience of our brand.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
- Develop and deliver compelling visual assets for all campaigns to ensure the best possible customer experience of our brand and drive commercial outcomes
- Work closely with digital content specialists, marketers and copywriters to shape and solve creative briefs for our owned digital channels
- Collaborate with our creative agencies to ensure an optimised digital-first creative strategy
- Support management of creative processes including traffic control and resource management to deliver against deadlines
- Contribute to the development and stewardship of the cross-platform digital experience styleguide for creative campaign templates, components and assets

**About You | Mōu**
To be successful in this role you will need to be holistic in your approach and have an eye for detail to make sure our designs are cohesive through the user's journey across our platforms.

You will have prior experience in developing digital branding/style guides as well as working with pre-defined brand and campaign creative to optimise for digital channels.

We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management and an ability to communicating ideas and concepts along with expert skills in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Indesign, Sketch, Photoshop) experience in jQuery and HTML5 an advantage.
