As a Graphic Designer, you will be tasked with fulfilling briefs from the Commercial Brand and Trade Marketing teams, rolling out everything from packaging for new product innovation to in store theatre items and digital media assets. This is a Fixed-term, 12-month opportunity. It will also be a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home and/or at our office located in **Parnell, Auckland**.

**The opportunity**:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Conceptualise and run a project from ideation through to completion, whilst following corporate and brand guides
- Design for pack, digital and print
- Work on campaigns and build out the campaign through design to the end of the funnel
- Communicate to both Project Managers and your clients on timelines of work
- In-house design of POS, Trade Presenters and associated advertising and communication material through working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Produce finished art for a diverse range of projects such as New Product Development, branding and campaign marketing collateral, promotional point of sale and visibility items, signage, menus and internal sales collateral.
- Work collaboratively with Trade and Brand Marketing teams to deliver on briefs within agreed timelines - providing advice on design style, format, print production and timelines.

**About You**

You are a Graphic Designer who brings enthusiasm and passion to your work. Excellent at communicating with various stakeholders, your personable nature makes you not only good at the technical part of this role, but also a strong team player.

You are detailed with your approach, understand how to respect brand guidelines, and know how to take those guidelines and tailor them to the task at hand. You have a good understanding of various communication platforms and understand how to achieve maximum effectiveness through design.

- **Industry/Freelance experience in packaging design is essential**:

- Highly experienced with POS & Digital executions
- You have fulfilled design briefs from a client
- Adobe Suite expertise (Ai, Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator)
- Accurate time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving & communication skills
