Ormiston Specialist Centre are seeking a Manager to join their team who has a genuine passion for leading and uplifting people as well as enabling the overall business to be sustainable and successful in all facets of its operations. Ultimately focusing on ensuring that all staff are supported and that all patients achieve quality health outcomes that exceed their expectations.

As a Manager, you will provide leadership and coaching to the reception team. Lead and manage teams with responsibility for all facets of day-to-day staffing, health and safety, finance, and a range of other general operations needed in any successful practice.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day management of the reception team
- Completing orientations and annual performance reviews
- Generating invoices
- Leading by example with administration tasks and collaboratively working with Specialists
- Answering telephone calls and managing the booking of appointments

Preferred skills and attributes:

- Previous experience working within a medical practice.
- IT savvy and proactive by nature
- Being adaptable with excellent communication skills
- Great natural people management skills
- A high level of organisational, administrative and time management skills
