**Retail Assistant**

We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area and we need innovative and customer-focused team members to join our Checkout Department. As a member of our team, your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Our Checkout team is known for creating a fun, warm and friendly environment by sharing their expert product knowledge, answering customer's questions and offering helpful suggestions.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide excellent customer service, have a positive attitude, work well under pressure and be physically active and upbeat. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with our regular customers and provide them with the exceptional experience they deserve.

**The successful applicants must be able to demonstrate these key abilities**:

- Exceeding customers service expectations
- Physically fit and high level of personal presentation
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The implementation of our Food and Health and Safety requirements

We are looking for two energetic part-time checkout operator to join our team. Please specify in your cover letter the role in which you would like to be considered for.

**The hours for both roles are below**:
**Role 1**:
Wednesday 4.30pm-8.30pm

Saturday: 11.00am-8.00pm

**Role 2**:
Wednesday: 5.00pm-9.00pm

Sunday: 12.30pm-9.00pm
