**About the Role**

We are looking for several Call Centre Agents to join our team on a fixed-term basis for approximately 3 months. This role is key to our SAP migration project, where **you’ll be calling our account holders to verify and update their details in our database**. (We reserve the right to conclude the project early if objectives are achieved before the estimated completion date)
- ** Location**: Mitre 10 MEGA Albany
- ** Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
- ** Contract**: Fixed Term - 3 months (project based)

**What You’ll Bring**
- A **high standard of spoken and written English** - clear, articulate, and professional.
- Previous **inbound call centre / customer service experience** - preferred
- ** Strong phone manner with confidence**and empathy.
- Ability to quickly update systems with attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and reliability for the duration of the project.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Make **outbound calls** to our account holders.
- ** Verify and update customer information** accurately in the system.
- ** Communicate professionally** and clearly with all customers.
- Support the success of our SAP migration project by **ensuring data quality.**
