**Te Tūranga | About the role**:
Additionally, the role will also assist with IT and site projects, some user training along with some scheduled on-call requirements.
- Proactively engage with end users regarding support issues - provide 24/7 remote support on a scheduled basis
- Actively promote and assist in the improvement of IT service delivery and implementation of IT service management best practices

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**:
This is a customer-centric role which requires someone who is organised, passionate about resolving issues, and is consciously looking for ways to improve the IT services across the sites.
To be successful you will need to be agile and adaptive to respond to the dynamic working environment and develop strong professional relationships at all levels. Key skills required:

- Experienced in providing technical support including desktops, servers, printers, and networking devices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, questioning and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of IT diagnostic tools, techniques, and reference materials
- Demonstrate excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible in order to provide support across both sites and on-call as required
