This role not only operates within the Hamilton team but also supports other sites across the country depending on operational project types.

This is a full-time permanent role which comes with a competitive pay rate.

Key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Manage inventory – including movement and discrepancies
  • Complete stock takes and ensure accurate record keeping on a daily basis
  • Coordinate all stock procurement
  • Manage inwards good and check PO accuracy
  • Ensure correct inputting of data into ERP system (GreenTree)
  • Liaise with key personal on upcoming project requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Have a full clean Class 1 driver's licence with F endorsement
  • Be able to lift heavy equipment – kg
  • Have proven experience with MS Office mainly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Have good data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Be able to effectively manage supplier relationships and negotiate successful deals

It will be an advantage if you have previous sourcing and purchasing experience and have a current AS/NZ3760 – testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
