**Tenei turanga - About the Role**:
The position has responsibility for leading and managing all BRM business management functions, including accountability and reporting, organisational development (e.g. group wide people initiatives), business planning, and group enterprise management, such as risk, business continuity planning, and group/enterprise business planning and reporting.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Strong understanding of the public sector accountability framework and machinery of government
- People leader experience
- Flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to respond to changing needs quickly and easily
- Ability to plan for and oversee multiple complex processes successfully to their conclusion
- Demonstrated experience in a range of business management functions
