**The role**:
SkyCity is in an exciting phase and the Group Manager - Enterprise Transformation Delivery is a pivotal role within our organisation, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives within SkyCity Entertainment Group. Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and across multiple projects the Group Manager ensures that insights and best practices are consistently leveraged, project overlaps are minimized and inter-connected project components are seamlessly integrated. This a crucial role, delivering high-quality results and capturing key learnings across projects.
**About you**:
Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, you'll have Corporate Strategy and Transformational experience and an ability to work at pace. You'll have an ability to build and influence key stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential and you'll be someone who can create an understanding of projects and influence programmes and resources. Experience working in either a Casino or Gaming environment or similarly a highly regulated sector would be advantageous.
