**Job Description**:
Crucial for our business - the Category Specialist Chapter Lead role is two-fold; your time will be split between delivering the integral operational administration and buying assistance in your squad, and empower, coach and mentor your team to support the customer goals of our Apparel tribe and operate with excellence and purpose every day

This pivotal role will see you working as part of a passionate team that help deliver exciting product ranges for our customers and retail stores. Working collaboratively with an experienced cross-functional team and the first point of contact for relationships with suppliers and management of product samples, you will also be responsible for ensuring efficient order management, product attribution and supporting customer-based and new product launch events according to critical paths.

The people management aspects will see you facilitate capability growth, consistency and allocation of resources within your chapter - this is where you will draw on your coaching skillset by tuning into the team, empowering them and leading by example.

**Qualifications**:
You’ll be passionate about and love retail as much as we do This role will see you work cross-functionally and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels. Equally important is your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive engagement and the craft’s best practice - your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar on productivity and efficiency will be infectious. Living and breathing Agile attributes such as servant leadership, collaboration and a growth mindset will come naturally to you.

Your prioritisation and time management skills are strengths as you work efficiently to juggle priorities, manage workload and deliver to strict deadlines with ease. You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have high attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
