As the Branch Operations Controller, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and upholding our daily operational standards, all while collaborating closely with our corporate stakeholders. **Key responsibilities**:
- Report any challenges in meeting your job responsibilities to your manager promptly (within one day).
- Notify your manager of any external factors affecting your job performance.
- Keep accurate records, updating them weekly with the latest client requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in the company's service, quality, and management systems.
- Report incidents or performance issues as per company standards.
- Identify and meet the expectations of internal customers within the company.
- Ensure DDS/ASL & DSS operational vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced.
- Ensure all Company Health and Safety and Environment Policy and Procedures and directives are adhered to.
- Continuously review processes with a view to eliminating any activities that do not add value.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
This position will be based in Palmerston North, Monday to Friday, 40 hours guaranteed.
