MASH Trust has the perfect opportunity for you to utilise your Organisation Development skills.
We are looking for someone who works well in a team with a can-do attitude. You will be known to get things done. This role joins our People and Culture team which means you will be working alongside a diverse group of great people.
We need someone who can slot right into this integral position and who has a high level of accuracy and productivity. Being able to rapidly adapt to change and having a great sense of humour is essential.
This is a full time permanent position working 80 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
**To be successful in this role you have have/need**:
- A graduate degree in Human Resource Management
- Previous experience and confidence in an Organisation Development Advisor role within a complex organisation is preferred.
- An understanding of People and Culture, employer value proposition, learning and development, performance and employment relations principles and practices
- Ability to streamline workflows, using technology appropriately
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, work produced must be to a high standard
- An understanding how to build credibility with different teams and managers
- Able to manage ambiguity and complexity yet produce a good piece of work to deadline
- Strong Communication skills and the aptitude to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge and understanding of / empathy for the people we support
