Our branch is seeking an experienced Workshop Service Advisor to join our diverse Workshop Service Team. Previous experience in a similar role within the heavy diesel or automotive service sector, along with a clean driver's license, is essential for this position. Your new role as a Service Advisor: - Ensure support across workshop systems and processes to ensure the Workshop Service team provides world-class customer service. - Process job cards and generate invoices. - Champion Health & Safety practices. This role is suitable for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor proficient in organization, planning, communication, and problem-solving. What you need to be successful: - Maintain a customer-focused mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. - Possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. - Adaptability to changing priorities and work schedules, coupled with strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
