**Guest Services - Team Leader - Mt Hutt**

Our Guest Services team is often the first point of contact for guests visiting our mountain. Our aim is to make Guest Services the easiest part of their day and get them out on snow as soon as possible, after all, they're here to ski and ride.

We are seeking a Team Leader with a fun-loving personality and an affinity for customer service who can multi-task and lead a team with a smile on their face. If this sounds like you then read on

This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Head of Department. In this role, you will assist the HOD to deliver the company purpose and mission statements and the department objectives.
**About the role**
- Assisting your Head of department in the efficient and friendly operation of the department
- Ensuring smooth daily operations by organising and rostering staff as required
- Finding ways to support your team’s wellbeing throughout the season
- Training front line staff to seek opportunities to ensure exceptional customer experience- Supporting guests who have purchased online through our websites and agent portals to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience
- Operation of the Point of Sale till system and balancing takings at the end of each day
- Handling lost property
- Restocking displays as required.
- Auditing and banking duties
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints referred to you by your team

**About You**
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work well under pressure
- Able to motivate and develop the staff to embrace leadership
- At least 2 years front line customer service experience with a proven commitment to the guest service experience
- Ability to follow procedures and absorb large quantities of information
- An interest in learning about ski industry products and pricing (full training will be given)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience of using Point of Sale (POS) systems**Further Information
