**Mō tēnei tūranga (About this role)**:

**The **Wai-Atamai Administrator** will provide essential administrative support to the Programme Manager, Relationship Manager, and Programme Director, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, programme coordination, and reporting. You will handle documentation, scheduling, event planning, and communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to the success of Wai-Atamai’s initiatives. Key responsibilities include**:

- **Administrative Support**: Managing calendars, preparing documentation, and coordinating key meetings and events.
- **Programme Reporting**: Assisting with the consolidation and preparation of reports across various work streams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Event Coordination**: Planning and executing meetings and workshops, managing logistics such as venue bookings, RSVPs, and material preparation.

**Mōu (About you)**:

- Strong organizational skills with over 4 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Familiarity with **Te Reo Māori & Tikanga Māori**, and a commitment to a **by Māori, for Māori** approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
