HEB Construction is now hiring for a new Auckland based Equipment Administrator. The Equipment team are friendly, supportive and are waiting for you to come on board.

We manage a fleet of construction equipment from plate compactors, survey tools, Utes, trucks to some of the biggest diggers and cranes out there

Working in the mechanical area of the HEB Equipment division, the Equipment Administrator will be responsible for:

- Organising the repairs, tyres, WOFs, COFs, inspections, and fault reports for our plant
- Monitoring and maintaining registration, Warrant of Fitness and Certificate of Fitness statuses
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Ensure equipment compliance with HEB projects and policies
- Accurate data entry and effective communication with stakeholders
- Support management within all areas of the Equipment division

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in data entry and administration
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite
- The ability to adapt to new situations and problem solve
- Excited about systems
