**Job Description - How you’ll make an impact**
In this full-time Dental Assistant role, you’ll play an essential part in creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient—both in the chair and at the front desk. While primarily chairside, you’ll occasionally assist with reception and administrative tasks to help the practice run efficiently.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:
- Provide chairside support during dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilisation, and room preparation.
- Greet patients and assist with reception duties, including scheduling and record keeping.
- Handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Support daily operations through teamwork and clear communication.

**Qualifications**
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care. Experience in dental assisting or reception is an advantage, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most.
You should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence using dental or medical practice software (training provided).
- A friendly, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
