**Job Description** How you’ll make an impact**

As the first friendly face our patients see, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll manage reception duties while supporting the day-to-day running of the practice — handling everything from scheduling appointments and processing payments to assisting with admin and supporting clinical staff when needed.

This is a dynamic, full-time role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and thrives in a team environment.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone

Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently

Managing payments and maintaining accurate patient records

Supporting the team with daily administrative and clinical coordination

Assisting with recall systems and general front desk duties
**Qualifications** Your experience and approach**

What truly sets you apart is your proactive attitude, clear communication, and your genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for both patients and your team. Ideally, you’ll have at least one year of experience in a dental reception or assisting role, and you’re confident managing a busy front desk environment. You’re well-organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable using dental practice software — with knowledge of EXACT being a definite plus. A good understanding of infection control protocols is helpful, but above all, we’re looking for someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to roll up their sleeves to support the smooth running of the practice.
