**Job Description** How you’ll make an impact**
As a **Dental Assistant** at Dental on the Shore, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical procedures and the comfort of every patient who walks through our doors. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced dentists across a wide range of treatments, creating a calm and reassuring environment for our patients.
**Your day-to-day will include**:
- Providing chairside support during procedures
- Setting up treatment rooms and maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Sterilising instruments and ensuring strict infection control protocols
- Assisting with stock control and day-to-day clinical tasks
- Being a key team player who contributes to a positive and professional environment
**Qualifications** Your experience and approach**
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about patient care. You’ll bring a positive energy to the team and a commitment to delivering a great experience for every patient.
**Ideally, you will have**:
- Atleast 2 years of DA experience and Surgical DA experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail and time management
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
- Confidence using computer systems and the ability to pick things up quickly
**Additional Information** The Location**
Lumino Dental on the Shore is located on Auckland's North Shore. Based in Albany you will be close to Rosedale Park and local eateries for some great lunch time outings.
