We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to help drive smarter, more efficient ways of working. This role involves close collaboration with operational staff, training, and ongoing support for technology adoption.

You will partner with business process improvement teams to identify and implement enhancements, ensuring digital solutions deliver real value to the operational side of the organisation. Additionally, you will handle technical configuration, contribute to the transformation roadmap, and lead communication around technology across the business, ensuring the customer journey supports high levels of adoption.

**About you**
- 3 years IT experience
- Experience in end-user training, new user training and on-going upskilling
- Demonstrated skill to configure platform-based tools
- Effective communication skills at all levels, internal and external
- Ability to identify and document business requirements

While not essential, experience with the following would be desirable:

- This is not a technical role; however, some technical understanding would be beneficial
- Working across multiple streams or work, with tight timeframes for delivery
