Your Mission will be to influencethe strategic direction for a technology Domain through consultation, through leadership and creation of
technical blueprints and roadmaps. This role may be an individual contributor or may also have chapter leadresponsibilities for a chapterof Solution Architects.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Take a leadership role in a fast moving area of our business and technology environment
Collaborate with like-minded peers in a broad based Enterprise Architecture team.
Work with a team of highly experienced and professional Solution Architects to enable delivery of new capabilities.
Support a core governance function of the bank, ensuring our technology stays fit for purpose now and in the future.
Provide expertise to help resolve options analysis and major decisions
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define strategic technology roadmaps, architectural standards and principles

**Role Location**: Wellington, Auckland

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full time

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Consider yourself to have strong in depth Customer focused outcomes
Deep domain knowledge, business acumen and commercial mindset to define architectural standards, blueprints and technology roadmaps that align to strategic investment plans
Ability to analyse current IT services, identify gaps and define target state of IT services.
Able to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and understand their business and technology needs both current and future.
Good communicator and problem solver with understanding to translate business needs into strategic technology roadmap and architectural principles
Big picture thinker and a willingness to accept and adapt ideas from various sources to ensure a holistic approach across the Domain(s)/ANZ
Experience with either GCP, AWS, or Azure. ANZ is on a journey and our future is cloud and mobile with a mix of ERP’s like Salesforce, Core Banking, and ANZ developed solutions.
