**Becoming an Account Executive**
As an Account Executive at Topham Guerin you will work in our Client Accounts team. You’ll be responsible for working closely with some of the brands we work with to help them achieve their goals. That means being a reliable point of contact, developing ideas, supporting campaign planning and reporting back to them.
‍**As an Account Executive at TG you will**:

- Manage existing client accounts and onboard new client accounts
- Be a trusted advisor and build excellent relationships with client points-of-contact
- Deliver results, meet deadlines and budgets, and exceed goals
- Assist senior team members with client management, planning and strategy development
- Liaise with TG's creative, strategy and advertising specialists to support delivery of client projects
- Manage, input, coordinate and follow-up client related tasks using Asana and other platforms
- Analyse and report on campaigns to provide relevant insight to clients
- Monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics software to inform decision-making
- Prepare and organise client briefs, memos and documents to best service client requests
- Explore current and evolving digital tools to continually broaden our clients’ reach to their audiences
- Continuously learn and develop your own skills and knowledge and provide input on new processes, systems and workflows
**Requirements**:
If you’re an ambitious grad, self-starter or someone with previous agency experience and can relate to one, some, or all of the following, then we want to hear from you:

- Super organised and a hard worker
- A real problem-solver
- A digital savvy Zoomer or Millennial (fluent in Facebook, Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and YouTube) who knows how to:

- Assist in sifting through the analytics to recommend improvements and strategies
- Assist in setting up and monitoring ad campaigns
- Assist in researching insights and trends to highlight what’s emerging and what really matters
- Assist in social media community management
- Degree great, but _**_not_**_ mandatory_
