We're looking for a skilled and experienced person to join our team as a Bakery Manager, producing a wide range of high-quality goods across our store. This is a newly created role, and we want you to join us on our journey to becoming the gold standard.

The right person will be an experienced baker and bring with you a love of working with food and crafting an amazing food experience for your customers. The ability to blow us away with your creativity and innovative ideas will help to set you apart The days and hours of work can be discussed during the interview but will involve early morning starts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce high-quality baked goods such as:

- Baked goods: muffins, donuts, quiches, rolls
- Deli-style items: salads, sandwiches, savory tartes, frittatas, wraps
- Fruit salads and other café-style items
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and targets
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu ideas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a baker
- Excellent baking, cooking, and food preparation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with food presentation and styling
- Knowledge of food trends and menu development
- Ability to lift 25kg and stand for long periods
