We’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive, and relationship-driven **Credit & Collections Analyst** to join our high-performing finance team.

**What You’ll Own**
- End-to-end management of collections for national key accounts and bureau store customers
- Opening and monitoring new accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of overdue balances
- Proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cash flow and minimise bad debt
- Coaching and supporting the Credit & Collections Coordinator
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and boost efficiency

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years’ experience managing high-volume, complex ledgers
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with medium to large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
