**Some more information about the role**

As Compliance Manager, you will be managing the AML and Trust Account teams and maintaining the company’s AML/CFT risk assessment and compliance programme.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and updating AML/CFT policy, creating supporting policies and procedures, and delivering training.
- Working with relevant external and internal AML/CFT auditors and regulators.
- Overseeing the company’s initial and ongoing client due diligence and account monitoring.
- Reporting and acting as the key liaison for suspicious activity reports.
- Managing FATCA and trust account legislation reporting and queries.

You will report into the Chief Financial Officer and have 4 direct reports.

**So who are you & what is your profile?**

You will be an experienced AML/CFT compliance professional who has experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders. A proven leader, you will have previous people management experience.

The key requirements to be successful in this role include:

- 5+ years’ experience in an AML/CFT, compliance, regulatory, or similar role.
- Professional services experience desirable.
- Experience managing a team and developing others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Proven ability to build working relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS office suite.
- Relevant tertiary qualification e.g., legal, business, accounting.
