YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for someone with technical underwriting expertise to enhance our Personal portfolio underwriting, manage renewal retention, risk management, and provide commercially viable, profitable underwriting solutions.

Supporting the team and our brokers, you’ll actively share knowledge to develop collective capability of the team and help drive profit and growth targets. Work closely with Business Development Managers to strategically build and manage relationship with key brokers.

Whilst we are a flex business, this role requires a minimum 3 days in the office each week to enable a successful working environment.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role, you will need- Proven ability to work within a team and individually to achieve shared outcomes- Adaptable approach working with people from diverse backgrounds, to achieve desired business outcomes- Experience in building and fostering strong relationships within the insurance broker market- The ability to multi-task; manage high volumes and competing priorities- Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities
