Our Tauranga team is currently seeking an experienced Project Director to become an integral member of our Northern Water business and take a regional lead in business development.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Establish and maintain good business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure required project outcomes are met and client satisfaction is maintained at a high standard.
- Develop new and repeat business within the Northern region and wider NZ as required - including preparation of proposals and bids for projects, and liaising with Marketing & BD
- Support project delivery as Project Director.
- Provide guidance, training and mentoring to team members on projects.
- Provide technical input and leadership to projects
- Preparation/ review/ contribution to high quality reports, correspondence and other deliverables.
- Support collaboration with other GHD Regions particularly Australia, UK, Manila and Fiji/Pacific.
