**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
With one of our team heading moving on to an exciting new role with Woolworths, w e are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to lead and support some of our most important strategic projects. Reporting to the General Manager of Strategy, you’ll work across internal teams ranging from buying to store operations to digital, marketing and more. You will enjoy using your strategic and analytical mindset, interpersonal and leadership skills, and outcome focus to shape and drive solutions through to implementation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify and shape WWNZ priorities
- Leading and delivering key strategy and transformation analyses and projects, including multiple at a time, including coordination of cross-functional teams, as required
- Structuring problems, defining solutions, extracting and communicating insights from complex analysis
- Injecting strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces
- Coaching more junior team members to support development and delegation to drive leverage

**About You | Mōu**
- Genuine all-rounder with a strategic mindset and strong mix of analytical and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of experience within a top tier strategy consultancy, investment bank,
corporate
strategy team or equivalent environment
- Outstanding academic record MBA or equivalent preferred
- Experience in leading, scoping and developing strategy as well as delivery, execution, and programme management
- Demonstrable poise, presence and comfort influencing, challenging and working with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, ability to adapt styles and work with people at all levels in the organisation
- Independent thinker, self-starter and “can do” - easy to get along with, naturally curious, enjoys getting things done
- Well-established ‘consulting toolkit’ including: structured thinking, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills, analytics and quantitative modelling, time management
- Diverse consumer market experience and retail experience is an advantage but not essential
