**About the role**
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for enabling the strategic growth of our client’s digital needs and ensuring their project requirements are met. The main objectives of this role are to:
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and budget.
- Support the delivery of projects to make the things that matter, better.
- Seek new strategic opportunities for our company, to deliver additional work that grows our clients and their business.
- Develop and maintain great relationships with a portfolio of clients and become their advocate within the our team.
- Support the sales team to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Help and support the development and improvement of our account management systems, processes and practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Cultivate a positive, friendly, supportive and respectful working relationship with our clients. Help them and their business in their strategic growth journey
- Understand the client’s needs at a business level as well as a project level. Look for other business development opportunities that bring genuine value to their business.
- Work with our internal team members to run regular strategic roadmapping sessions, look for opportunities and then effectively communicate/pitch these to the client.
- Write proposals and statements of work, where appropriate.
- Create cost estimates, timelines, and reverse briefs where appropriate.
- Report regularly on the status of work streams to clients, the Client Services Director and the Head of Strategic Growth.
- Perform post project reviews with the client and our team in order to constantly identify areas of improvement.
- Communicate often and communicate well so everyone is aligned and there are no surprises.
**About you**
We are looking for a friendly and sociable individual with previous experience working in a digital agency, who thrives in an environment that is constantly moving and changing.

- The ability to step back from project work and look at the bigger picture for the client. To take into account their business needs and contribute to the most effective strategy.
- Management skills (flexibility is more important than an agile or waterfall approach) tested in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in dealing with multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Outstanding people management and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, both in person and in writing.
- Excellent project management approach and thinking with sound analytical and problem solving skills.
- Passion about what you do and are driven by a desire to be great.
- Commitment to working collaboratively with others in the team, creating a sense of unity and that everyone contributes to the decision making process.
