We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Online Sales Retail Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform, ensuring all product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.

Optimize the website for search engine rankings and user experience.

Create and manage social media content and advertising campaigns to promote products and drive sales.

Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other teams’ members, Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Experienced in e-commerce sales, in the retail or consumer goods industry.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.

You will be a creative person with an understanding of retail POS systems, a real drive for sales and vision for future growth and development.

We would like to see you having strong communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers, customers and your team members with ease and confidence.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
